[Tudu] Name of the program

I chose the name only checking that in debian there was no other tudu, but thats
true, there is other projects with the same name. But I think there is no much
problem, because the others are just web interfaces, no desktop applications.

I'm not sure if the confusion of the name change is worth it in this case. Maybe
for the release 1.0, if it ever happens.

Anyway, if we receive more complains about the name we can start thinking about
it.
